Why do you do it?

Realised you can’t find the motivation to do it?
We can all feel like that most of the time yeah.
I know for sure sometimes I can’t motivate myself
to do all the things I want to do.
Same goes for the girls joining Lou and I in the 21 day programme.
They need a bit of a spur to
get started and more importantly
TO KEEP GOING.
There’s loads of things we want and we need a bit of motivation to get them.
Here’s some of what us girlies want:
We REALLY want to tone things up.
We REALLY want to eat healthier, but such a fussy eater.
We REALLY need to work on it.
We REALLY want to be a great Mum and take
kids swimming/ out playing but avoid it as we’re embarassed.
We REALLY can’t look at our body in
the mirror each morning.
Here’s a question I asked one girly last night….
How do you feel when you
look at your body in the mirror?
“I can’t even do it”
That was the response.
How do you feel?
Truth now!
How does it feel?
Whilst I was inboxing away last night
I helped a few get a bit more clarity
on what they wanted and WHY.
There were a few of the same reasons.
To feel more CONFIDENT and HAPPIER
To feel HEALTHIER
Then….
” I love my kids so much and
I want to be able to take them swimming but right now,
I avoid it”
Then…
“My partner says he loves me the way I am, but
I hate me….so I avoid him seeing me and getting intimate”
These ladies have tried so many things to
get the body they want.
They read my emails EVERY DAY and feel
inspired.
BUT
They still can’t motivate themselves to do it.
I know one of the main reasons why
GOING IT ALONE!
I just won’t work.
12 days into 2017 and how successful have you been?
I know some reading this now have done very well.
Because they’ve told me.
Because they joined me.
They got support and they’re doing it.
I would REALLY LOVE if you
