What so many DIETERS are doing wrong
Maybe you are too?
Focusing on just the one thing when
it comes to change.
Just exercise – but not eating the right food
Just ‘dieting’ – but not doing the right exercise
Going to bed LATE and not doing what will help you burn fat whilst you sleep
Yesterday I had a quick
chat with Lisa:
“Tar,
How do I get a flat stomach. I’ve tried everything”
Here I go again.
So I give my usual Tara talk about how
you can’t see my six pack with my
clothes on because my clothes are in the way.
And you can’t see a six pack with
a lot of fat in the way.
So you have to work at a few angles.
The first and BEST exercise to help
FLATTEN YOUR STOMACH is what you put in your mouth.
Lots of people will focus on
exercise (yes it’s important)
and doing crunches
(you can do better than these BTW),
but you need to eat that fat away.
So I asked about her food.
“Yeah, I eat really healthy”
So she described her breakfast,
lunch and dinner examples to me.
And YES,
she was doing ok…but to really get the
fat off her belly, there were some changes needed for sure.
Breakfast needed more protein and fat and
less carbs.
Something more filling,
quick,
easy and actually tastes better.

Lunch was just the same, and so was dinner.
In fact, I’d recommend Lisa
ate more than what she described to me.
If what she said was true.
She didn’t notice that I watched her pop
two mint imperials in her mouth during the time we
spent together chatting
Easily done when they’re just in front of you
on your desk in work.
OOPPSSS
These are the types of things that
do stop you losing that belly fat.
The sugar that sneaks in
The higher carb foods you think are healthy
but are actually slowing down your progress.
Not only does Lisa (and you maybe),
need to be a bit more mindful about what she pops
in her mouth, but those weekend antics too.
This weekend is going to be a toughy for many
with Easter coming.
