Top food to eat in a restaurant

Here’s a few messages I had yesterday
Q. “Tar, when’s your next 21 starting?”
A. This weekend.

Q. “Tar, what’s best to eat in a restaurant Gammon or Steak with Salad?”
A. Either would be find as the meal there
is great for staying on track. Protein from the meat and
a selection of healthy salad items for great nutrition.
It’s easy to eat out in a restaurant.
We all LOVE doing it.
Look forward to spending time with
friend & family.
You get dressed up,
the menu comes,
you kinda haven’t planned what to have so you order
what you fancy the most, eat and drink too much
then HATE yourself as you walk out of the restaurant and
go home as you’re eaten too much AGAIN and spoilt
all your ‘dieting’ efforts.
Great, you spoilt it all because you couldn’t control
yourself and you knew you shouldn’t have picked at the bread.
You know you shouldn’t have said yes to the chips
You know you shouldn’t have had the extra drinks
You know you were already full but STILL had dessert.
So you go home, feeling like a bit of a piggy
and depressed that you let yourself down and didn’t
order something healthier.
Well…you can still eat out in restaurants and leave feeling
awesome.
Just follow these few simple steps when ordering:
#1 Protein first – meat or fish. If you’re a veggie,you can choose something with
a little cheese or eggs.
#2 Nutrition & fibre – salad or vegetables. Always aim to choose these over any
chips, jackets, mash etc etc
I did this recently at a local restaurant.
Helped myself to the salad cart and ordered chicken with green beans and peas.
Simple and delicious
And if you’re planning a bit more of an indulgent meal out
PLAY WITH ONE DEVIL
either
Carbs
or
Dessert
Or
Alcohol.
If you’re serious about your body goals, always be mindful and
enjoy without spoiling things. NEVER do all 3!
