I was going to go for a run with
my friend Lisa, but we kinda bailed
off with the dark and the rain as an excuse.
Yep…I pulled that card.
But TBH I wasn’t really feeling
it anyway after enjoying my trail run
the day before.
So an even better plan was
to do one of my fave’s anyway.
The type of workout that gets you
THE BEST body toning, the FASTEST!
We started with the
12 minute workout in the video I’ve sent you.
Finishing off with a sprint session on the treadmill.
LOVE IT
Nice little ache in the butt and abs after it.
I call them
“Hurty Nicey’s”
They hurt, but you kinda like it.
You want the ache, but you don’t at the same time.
But when you’ve got it, it reminds you of how hard you’ve
worked so you like it.
You can do this workout at home,
or in the gym, or even a
hotel room.
I’ve used a Dumbbell in the video,
but a 1.5 litre bottle of
water will be super to get you started!
