Get in your mind that YOU ARE going to do some
planning today to make sure this week you’ll
lose a target amount of weight.
Say you want to lose 2 lbs this week
WRITE IT DOWN: Anywhere. Somewhere that you’ll see it regularly – like the fridge.
Make a FOOD PLAN: and declare every day that you’re going to follow it daily.
