you’ll NEVER get the body & health you want.
These burgers are just typical of the
AMAZING FOOD you can eat on my 21 day challenge.

Melting Middle Thai Turkey Burgers
For the burgers
500g Turkey Mince
1 Chopped Onion
2 Stalks finely chopped lemongrass
1 tspn Soy Sauce
1 tspn fresh Coriander puree
½ – 1 tspn Chilli flakes
1 tspn fresh Ginger puree
Juice of half a Lime
Salt & Pepper
4 – 1inch cubes of Mozzarella
For the salad:
½ a White Cabbage
1 very large Carrot
1 Red Pepper
2 tbspn Natural Yoghurt
Mix all the burger ingredients together apart form the mozzarella. Separate into 4. Add the mozzarella to the middle of each burger. Shape into burgers and pop onto a tray with foil. Sprinkle with sesame seeds; add to a pre-heated oven at approx. 160 degrees for 20-25 mins.
In the meantime, finely chop your salad ingredients (I popped mine in a food processor), add salt, pepper, chilli, ginger and juice of half a lime.
Split your salad into 4, add a burger on top, cut into the middle and watch that
Melted cheese go all gorgeous and gooey….OMG
