I'm cool with that.....I'm going to share this Fruit Moroccan Chicken recipe with you.

This is so popular in my 6 week body plan.

It's a slowcooker recipe so you save time and its super cheap & easy

But guess what......

It wont work.

I could send you 1000 recipes, but it still wouldn't get many motivated

Too many people stay in the comfort zone, buying the same food, making the same meals getting the same results.

It's time to accept that no matter how many recipes you have and no matter how many workouts you have

There's no point having them if you don't use them, consistently.

So today is Friday and I'm guessing many people have tried to have a good week but pancake day and valentines day got in the way.

Now it's Friday the usual, 'Ah it's the weekend' mindset kicks in and before we know it
Sunday will be here and a new week will be beginning.

Anyway, here's the recipe for you.

I really do hope you give it a try and add it to the healthy meals you enjoy eating.

Fruity Moroccan Chicken

  • 500g approx. chicken thighs
  • 1 tin chopped tomatoes
  • 1 carton passata
  • 80g soft dried apricots
  • 50g dates (pitted)
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 TBS clear honey
  • 1 chicken stock cube

Spices :

  • 2 Garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 .5 TBS Paprika
  • 1.5 TBS Ground ginger
  • 1 TBS Tumeric
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp saffron
  • 2 TBS ground coriander

**serves 3-4**


Mix all the spices together, place half of the mixture in a bowl and coat the chicken thighs.Softly fry the onion with rest of spice mix then add to slow cooker, gently brown the chicken thighs and add to slow cooker along with the rest of the ingredients. Cook on medium heat for 2-3 hours, or on low while you head out for the day.
