Do you love a delicious curry like I do? Delicious and nutritious food should be something we enjoy, look forward to and alway feel good after eating. I’m sure in many homes there’s the situation where one person may be ona diet and others may be a fussy eater.  You may even have a partner that has a hearty appetite like I do.  So if that is the cae then how do you cater for everyone without having to cook 3 separate meals?

Saving You Time

It’s easy when you make meals that are packed with flavour and are super healthy.  You’ve just got to experiment a bit, like I did with my curry berry recipe. Now, I do hope you’ve got a slow cooker as I’ma huge fan of them. If you have one then I hope you are also making the most of it.

It’s the same as anything in life. There’s no point knowing or having something if you don’t use it. This curry berry recipe tastes great and it’s really easy to make. It took me 5 mins to throw everything in yesterday I pushed the slow cooker to the side and 5 hours later there was lots of lovely goji berry curry for Dinner. Plus we had plenty of  leftovers for another time which can easily go in the fridge or the freezer.Today  I’m sharing the recipe for you below.

Curry Berry Recipe

Chicken & Goji Berry Curry Ingredients

  • 4 x diced chicken breasts
  • 1 x diced onion
  • 2 x tins chopped tomatoes
  • 3 x tbsp Goji berries
  • 2 x tbsp curry powder
  • 3 x curry leaves
  • Salt & pepper

How To Make This Curry Berry Recipe

  • Place all the curry  everything in the slow cooker.
  • Put on medium for 4-5 hours or low for 7-8 hours and it’s done.

This makes 4-5 servings and you can enjoy with your favourite veggies. I had green beans and 2 tablespoons of whole grain rice. It’s another fabulous weight loss recipe that you can add to your collection.I hope you enjoy discovering these weight loss recipes, but like i mentioned earlier. There’s no point in having it if you’re not going to make it. I really hope you do try it out.
