My Trail Run Tears
Actual Tears rolling down my face
yesterday when I decided to go out
for a trail run in Penllegaer Woods near my home.
I decided I wanted to unleash my inner trail girl
I did a photo shoot with Adidas Outdoor Clothing
(Can’t wait for you to see the piccys)
I got a fabulous pair of new trainers too.
The Terrex Boost GTX trainers and the
moment I put them on my feet I wanted to do something
I hadn’t done before.
I wanted to get laced up and in the woods.
I’d never really thought of trying it
before as running generally bores me.
Aside of the fact that it’s not actually the most
optimal form of exercise to get me to my goals
feel more confident in a fab dress…
That’s why I do the type of training in my DVD
BUT my outing in the woods last friday
got me wanting to do it.
I was actually excited to do it and try something
that i think I may really enjoy.
So that’s what I planned.
Now I’m not the best with directions and I didn’t have
a clue where to go, so my brother said he would come with me.
Well…if nothing else, I had the
most INCREDIBLE AB WORKOUT EVER
I was creased laughing at him.
He hit the deck TWICE in the mud
I couldn’t help him for laughing
Then when we decided to be a little more
adventurous and climb a tree to
cross the river, he opted to go first.
Thought he was Bear Grylls…
