Look at what I ate yesterday
And I’ll be totally honest.
This is how my day went.
I got up and had a workout,
plenty of heavy squats,
deadlifts, butt crunches,
I wanted to use the biggest muscles in my body to
have a nice burn a I knew what would happen.
I KNEW as soon as I got to my parents I’d
be getting stuck into the chocolate and goodies
that my Mum loves to get in.
It’s like a banquet when we’re all together.
Which is just PERFECT.
All family and fun
So I prepared as best I could knowing
what I’m like when there’s chocolate around.
Then it happened.
The hot cross bun
The box of chocolates
The Creme Egg Cake
To die for.
but you know that feeling.
One minute you’re all:
“nom nom nom I love my life”
Next minute you’re all:
“I’m such A PIG, I Feel fat, I”m DISGUSTING”
I felt it
Just like anyone else.
I loved being with my family,
chilling out and enjoying.
As much as I prepped for what was to come
I have also prepped for dealing with
the after effects
Today…I’m straight back on it.
And that’s the secret to staying in shape and
I’m accountable to a plan and I do it.
