Look at my 12 week body

This is what I look like now.
As a comparison over the past 6 weeks I’m feeling pleased with the results
On the whole I’m feeling really good and happy.
I’ve still got wobbly fat on my body that I don’t like, but I’m not going to be too tough on myself. I’m in the middle of the biggest challenge of my life. Physically and mentally and I want to make to most of every moment…It’s already going too fast.
12 Weeks mind!!!
At the moment, my back is very sore and my glutes are very week. So I’m starting to get regular massage on my back and my butt is still very much work in progress, so there’ll be lots more thrusts and squeezing in the gym.
I’m not as fit or strong as I was
My pelvic floor still needs strengthening, but on the whole I’m delighted with my progress.
I feel positive,
I have good energy,
Physically and mentally I’m getting better every week and it all boils down to
the exercise, the food, the support from family & friends and taking time out just for me. NO GUILT!!
My body has been through so much over the last year and It’s going to take a while to recover, but I can see the improvements.
I know I’ve had to take it slowly and even though I can be a bit bonkers, I can also be very sensible. Especially when it comes to my health and Danny’s health.
Whilst I share this with you I do feel a little uncomfortable, as I’m not where I’m at but I want to show you how I’m doing and hope it may inspire you.
Enough about me now…..

Just do something!!!
When Danny was 3 1/2 weeks old I started with a small step – the 30 Day Butt Challenge.
My food was good, but very high carb to keep my energy up and I made myself accountable to the butt challenge group.
Then……
When Danny was 6 weeks old I started with my 12 min HIIT workouts
all my other habits stayed the same but I started to take some time out just for me.
When Danny was 10 weeks old I stopped breastfeeding and I changed my eating
to the recipes in the 21 day programme. I reduced some of my bad habits and cleaned it up a bit.
Now Danny is 12 weeks old and I am going to continue doing the work – CONSISTENCY!!
That is the key.
So……I started 9 weeks ago.
