I was up and out early this morning to make my way to Cardiff for a spot of filming with the BBC
(Not sure when you can expect to see us, but I’ll let you know)
Anyway….
Obvs what I’ll be doing is chatting health & fitness, I won’t completely spoil what we’ll be doing but it seems this still a lot of people that don’t know what to do for the best
(or maybe they do know but it all seems too hard to do and stick to it)

One big thing that gets in the way of making changes is thinking there’s TOO MUCH TO DO to make change and its TOO HARD.
So how can you deal with this and make it easier to lose weight and get healthy?
By changing your thoughts and changing your decisions.
Firstly, your thoughts.
Very often what you’re thinking about change is what stops you rather than the actual change itself.
If it was that hard, surely everyone would struggle.
It can be made so much easier by getting help & support,
Having a plan to break things down into simple steps and
telling yourself – It’s not that hard and the results are so worth the effort.
When you understand that changing a few simple habits like
– mindless picking
– getting a bit more sleep
– drinking a bit more water
You could see results easily and quickly just from that.
Today we did a bit of cooking and I made burger & chips
Doesn’t sound like your typical ‘diet’ meal but it was delicious,
quick & easy and just the type of meal I would recommend you have in the detox week.
Behind the scenes we were talking about my detox week programme and one of the girls asked:
“is it all juicing and starving yourself?”
NO
I would never recommend that.
All I would ever recommend is for you to go to your local market, food store and get real food.
Food that will fill you with energy
Tastes amazing
Stops you feeling bloated
Helps you save cooking time
All we do in the detox week is stop having those foods & drinks that make you feel lethargic,
bloated, gassy, heart burny and help you feel like you’ve got a flatter stomach and FULLER.
