We can all feel like that most of the time yeah.
I know for sure sometimes I can’t motivate myself
to do all the things I want to do.
Same goes for the ladies I spoke with on
the phone last night.
REALLY want to tone things up.
REALLY need to work on it.
REALLY want to be a great Mum and take my
kids swimming but avoid it.
REALLY can’t look at your body in
the mirror each morning.
That’s a question I asked last night….
How do you feel when you
look at your body in the mirror?
“I can’t even do it”
That was the response.
How do you feel?
How does it feel?
In my coaching calls last night
I helped a few get a bit more clarity
on what they wanted and WHY.
There were a few of the same reasons.
To feel more CONFIDENT and HAPPIER
To feel HEALTHIER
” I love my kids so much and
I want to be able to take them swimming but right now,
I avoid it”
“My partner says he loves me the way I am, but
I hate me….so I avoid him seeing me and getting intimate”
These ladies have tried so many things to
get the body they want.
They read my emails EVERY DAY and feel
They still can’t motivate themselves to do it.
I know one of the main reasons why
GOING IT ALONE!
I just won’t work.
13 days into 2016 and how successful have you been?
I know some reading this now have done very well.
Because they’ve told me.
Because they joined me.
They got support and they’re doing it.
