That’s how Rhian feels.
She’s tried dieting and changing on
her own, but its not working.
She’s tried eating healthy, but then
she’ll go out, have a few chips,
“Ah well, spoilt it now,
so I may as well have some chocolate”
She’s been doing the same as so many.
Like you maybe?
Reading my daily emails.
reading them back
but still not doing anything.
But now is the time.
She’s going away in September and she doesn’t
want to feel like a ‘beached whale’
And even thought she trusts me,
It was seeing the incredible transformation
of Sacha that spurred her to apply for the
Life TARAnsformer programme.
“I see so many fake pics of people
saying they’ve lost weight,
and not that I’m saying yours are fake, but
I’ve seen Sacha and she looks AMAZING”
So now is that time, she’s taking action
and going to be sharing 12 weeks with me and
Breaking OLD HABITS

To get to your goals, you will have to do things differently.
At the moment, for YOU, the problem is
that your existing environment and your
old triggers are provoking you to continue with your
old behaviour, your old habits.
You’re going to STAY THE SAME.
So Rhian and the team are going to be working with me
to overcome old habits create NEW ones.
We’re going to make plans and consistently
apply the routine so the
12 week goals that we’re going to set next
week WILL BECOME REALITY.
Rhian was nervous on the phone to me,
which I explained was good.
She really wants this change.
She believes she can do it
She has committed
She will transform.
