I can’t be bothered today

literally took 5MINS TO MAKE
….and probably 5 mins to eat too.
Food like this is INCREDIBLE.
It took no time at all to make, so even
on those days where you’re like
“I can’t be bothered to make anything, I’m
just gonna raid the fridge with
what I can grab”
(Then have no idea how much you’ve eaten)
You can have these items in the fridge
a cook up an amazing tasting meal that
is also cheap,
doesn’t taste like ‘diet food’
This meal is a bit like my workouts too.
You know when you can’t be bothered to get up and
go to the gym, or go for a run,
or do anything.
