With all the willpower in the world,
she wants to just get to sleep
and STAY ASLEEP.
You know what it’s like when you haven’t had enough,
you wake up sooooo tired,
lack of motivation,
no energy to do whatever it is you’ve got
to do and when those hormones
aren’t working for you…..you can even feel HUNGRIER.
Nightmare if you’re trying to
lose weight and keep a close eye on your nutrition.
When you get good sleep your
hormones will be able to do their job better to help you
know when you feel full,
to prevent you feeling hungry all the time
and help you burn fat better.
So there’s a few IMPORTANT reasons why you
should try and turn your TV off earlier,
Switch your phone off and make
sleep part or your weight loss ‘diet’
Another thing you can do to help
is use magnesium.
This is important to help you recover better,
reduce muscles & joint soreness,
and has a relaxing effect so can help you
This can be bought in spray or capsule format.
And even more relaxing is an epsom salt bath…
like I do sometimes when I pop along to
a floatation tank for some UBER CHILLING and
a big dose of magnesium in the process.
So..if you’re one of those that struggles
to get off to sleep try supplementing….
this is something I would recommend anyway.
