She got her jeans on in only 3 days NOT eating this!
There’s no better feeling than sliding into those tight jeans and actually needing a belt now!
That’s what one of the girls posted in the detox programme yesterday.
She’s so proud of herself.
At the beginning of the programme we asked everyone to get an item of clothing that they wanted to fit into and only 3 days in, Andrea is in her jeans.

She’s been eating loads of food, but what she has NOT been eating is the take-aways, the processed high carb/fat foods, the snacking on sweets & choccy, caving at the treat in work that she didn’t really want, nibbling in front of the TV and not even paying attention to what she was eating.
All these simple bad habits are the little things that can stop you losing weight
(even when you think you’re trying)
…next step for the girls is surviving the weekend.
This can be the toughest time of the week for so many.
You may already be feeling the Friday head making an appearance. Having a bit more of a relax at the weekend is fine, as long as you enjoy chill time and indulgences in moderation.
For the detox girls, we’re still staying strong and away from temptation and goodies,
but after this weekend, we’ll be introducing more food and different recipes into the mix.

Lean Scotch Eggs.
One of the most popular recipes in the 21 day programme and as one lovely Instagram follower asked,
I’m sharing the recipe with you here.
LEAN SCOTCH EGGS
INGREDIENTS
500g lean turkey breast mince
5 medium eggs
1/3 cup oats
1 tbson mixed seeds
Paprika
Salt & Pepper
HOW TO:
Beat one of the eggs, and add to mince, with seasoning of salt, pepper and paprika. Boil the 4 eggs for 8-10 minutes, then place in a pan of cold water and peel. Mould your mince around the boiled eggs, then roll in the oats to coat and place on a lined baking tray. Cook for 30 minutes in at oven at 180-190, turning half way. These can be served hot or cold and are amazing for lunch boxes, picnics, handy snacks or hot straight out of the oven for dinner.
