Be a loser.
Not a weight loss loser,
but someone that continues to make excuses.
Winners make progress, not excuses.
One way of being able to tell if
your favourite excuse is valid or not is by
“Is there anyone else who has my same excuse
who is successful in anyway?”

set for yourself if you have the discipline
to pay the price. You must
DO what you NEED TO DO,
and NEVER give up.
