Just looking for some advice .
I’m really really struggling with my diet.
I cannot seem to stop eating all the wrong foods
is junk food and I have put on half a stone really quickly.
I just don’t seem to have the time to go to the gym
but try and walk as often as I can on lunch breaks.
I really really want to lose the weight and tone up
do you have any suggestions or a plan I could follow? X

Struggling with making the right choices with your food…
You KNOW what you should be doing.
So why don’t you do it?
Struggling to make it to the gym…
You KNOW that’s just an excuse
So why don’t you exercise?
I CANNOT hold you accountable.
Only you can.
It’s IMPOSSIBLE for me to make you do it.
You have to OWN IT.
YOU choose your actions.
YOU get the results
YOU have to live with the consequences
All I can do is encourage you.
For example.
This gorgeous girly (Louise btw) inboxed me yesterday.
She wants the advice,
the answers
and the results.
I’ve got it all ready.
All the info,
all the knowledge and
all in one place.
And it’s all in my Party SOS Plan
So for Louise…and YOU…
What action will you take?
Ignore the programme that’s opening on Friday
and live with the consequences of not
doing anything?
