The BEST Butt Lifting Combo

I can STILL feel my bottom hurting.
On Friday, I was at the gym doing a quick workout with my Sister and
we did just TWO exercises to work on lifting and toning our butts.
We did some core and some sprints too but as we were short on time
I got us doing two awesome movements (which you can even do at home)
3 days later, we are still feeling the effects.
Which I’m kinda loving as I know this is whats helping us to lift, tone, define and smooth our bottoms and helping us create those curves us girlies want.

When you do these exercises and feel the effects you’ll realise you do NOT have to spend endless hours in the gym doing something you don’t like.
All you’ve got to do is both exercises in 4 sets.
DO 10 on each leg of the split squats with your foot either on a bench or a chair/sofa
Then do 20 side lunge jumps on each side.
Have a 60s rest then repeat until you’ve done 4 sets
I’m hoping this will help motivate you to do a little something for yourself to help you get to your goals.
