30 YEARS BEING SO FAT

In our first training session together yesterday, Lorna sprung it on me.
One minute we’re doing some squats, next thing she’s on the floor showing me
Her party trick.
We certainly had a lot of fun in our session
(Very important when you’re training….I know
for so many exercise is not the most favourite of tasks )
Lorna and I met up a week ago and in a week
6lbs has already gone.
Has she done anything special? Extreme? Difficult?
NO
She’s just made a few little tweaks,
Done what she knew she needed to do
And became accountable.

& UNFIT, AND UNABLE TO DO THINGS
( due to injury & illness ) ITS TIME FOR A TARANSFORMATION.

One of my best friend’s challenged/ questioned
me & gave me food for thought recently ,
so i have decided its time for me to do something about it…!!!!!!
 
After meeting Miss T outside a toilet recently i had the Light Bulb moment !!!!!
( HOPE SHE KNOW’S I AM A CHALLENGE LOL )
I have been very fortunate to be able to have professional help from this awsome personal trainer & also nutrition advice from this amazing lady !!!!!….
 
As most of you know I am a party girl or Party pants
as miss T refers to me as . I passed my first test by turning up very early in the morning sober lol… . I have been eating, drinking and smoking far too much for far too long.
 
i have been up to nearly 25 stone and unable to walk properly and needed to use a stick.
 
i am surprised i am still here & I have a big birthday in
May & want to be fitter & healthier to enjoy it!!!!
 
( a month ago I was just under 20 stone, it’s like carrying another person on your back 24/7 )
 
Having cheated death a few times I need to make major changes.!!!
 
I have already started to change, small steps in the right direction.
Looking forward to a healthier happier future !!!!
Ps if you see me out don’t encourage me to eat & drink lol xxx
