15 week challenge….2 stone goal
It wasn’t easy
But she did it!!
Emma Heaven set her eyes on a prize.
She had a holiday to Jamaica booked.
She wanted to feel awesome,
body confident and more toned.
At Christmas Emma over indulged…..
a little too much.
In the New Year, she set herself a target.
2 stone off ready for holiday.
Could it be done?
YES
Would it be easy?
NO
So we got a plan in place.
We broke it down to what Emma needed to lose each week.
TASK #1
Be specific with our goals and measure them weekly.
We recorded her inches, weight and took before shots.
TASK #2
We planned workout sessions 3 times per week,
plus morning walking sessions.
The workouts were heavy lifting sessions with weights
(We all need these girlies to tone and define our thighs & arms)
HIIT sessions and low intensity walking sessions
TASK #3
The meal plan
All Emma’s meals were inspired from my TARAnsformer

PLUS
Once a week an indulgent treat.
Whatever Emma fancied.
Chips with her dinner
Dessert after Dinner
Champagne…
…you’ve got to live a little yeah!?
TASK #4
The SUPPORT
From me each week plus her family who knew she would
need to support and encouragement at home.
^^ Probably one of the most important tasks you’d need to master for your goals.
Each week we weighed, chatted, assessed,
asked questions and learned from each week
to progress.
and what does Emma think?
