HIIT yourself!! This is a great way to train and save time.
I've just got in from a lovely walk.
I don't train every day
a) I don't have time
b) There's no need (Phew!)
Staying active is important for all of us, we know that, but you don't need to put pressure on yourself to train all the time.
It is far more realistic for you to plan and do 3 workouts a week with some walking, stretching and chilling planned as part of your routine!
