Wishes NEVER get granted…

..well some do, I had one granted recently.

But wishing for that

dream body won’t work unless you have a

bit of discipline.

How good are you at disciplining yourself?

Not all of us are very good

But if we have someone to answer to, it seems

That’s what I was chatting about last night with the

DAILY accountability and reporting to me,

whilst we play ‘The Game’

RESULTS Meeting next Thursday

where we celebrate our success and

take the lessons forward.

It’s BOOT UP THE BUTT time.

We set some GOALS and

we’re going to accomplish them.

I made it easy to start by

getting the girls to think about what they really want in each area of their life.

Their BODY

Their RELATIONSHIPS

Their MINDSET

Their BUSINESS

The very act of taking the time to think and decide what you REALLY

want in each area of your life

can change your life COMPLETELY.

If you have a clear goal and plan to achieve it,

you have a track to run on every day.

A plan to follow

Rather than getting distracted and diverting,

getting lost or going astray,

more of your time is focused

on where you want to go.

Right now you may read this thinking you’ve got goals,

BUT

All you’ve really got is

HOPES

and

WISHES

These are not strategies for success.

Goals that are NOT written down

and put into plans hardly ever get you anywhere.

So how about you do this.

WRITE A PLAN DOWN

Promise yourself.

You may want to write something simple like,

JOIN ONE OF TARA’S PROGRAMMES AND

GET THE RESULTS I WANT

Just a little example.

Simple….but it could work for you?

Writing out goals can increase you likelihood

of achieving them ten times more.

Writing your goals doesn’t guarantee success,

BUT rather that it increases the PROBABILITY of success by ten times.

“Right…that’s it, I’m back on the wagon”

Then it’s slipped not long ofter.

DO THE WORK
