What’s your routine?

There’s a common theme
at certain times of the year with my convo’s
with clients.
Yesterday I was talking
to Tracy.
“OMG I can’t wait
for the kids to go back to school.
I can get back into my routine then”
*She’s put on 9lbs over the
Summer Hols
YIKES
Trips with the family
Eating out more
Not doing her regular exercise
SOS
It’s easy to get carried
away day-by-day,
treat-by-treat
slowly adding a pound or two
each week of the holidays.
We have a plan though.
The routine needs to get back on.
12 weeks with me
and a load of TARAnsformers
in my class.
Twice a week Tracy
will be starting and
ending her week face to face with
me and the team to get back into
it with a BANG
PLUS
Daily support with
Recipes to give loads of healthy fat
burning ideas
Weekday 12 min workouts
that Tracy can squeeze in before the kids
get up or whilst they’re at school
and
the MINDSET stuff.
This is the MAIN thing with change.
You can work on your body
like you may have tried countless times…
but what about your thoughts?
