What to do when you eat out

Do what Michelle did and is now doing
Eating out, going away, being off work
All reasons (excuses) why people fall off the wagon.
This happen to you much?
You try and eat healthy when you’re at home, but all of a sudden you get stumped when you have to choose food anywhere else.
All it takes is a bit of mindfulness and you can nail it.
So Michelle…..
She’s doing the Life Taransformer programme and it was her anniversary last week.
Uh-Oh
Actually….
There was no Uh-Oh this time. She did something she’s never done and she loved it.
At dinner, she enjoyed a few G&T’s instead of wine.
At breakfast she enjoyed the lower carb, healthier versions instead of over eating on the pastries, bread and full cooked breakfast.
At lunch instead of her usual club sandwich she chose something different. She made her decision on what she wanted more, so she chose the healthy option.
The result of this…..she’s feeling awesome.
Since starting on the last Detox programme (3 weeks ago),
she’s lost 11.5 lbs and 9.5 inches.
When we chatted on Monday, she was feeling so happy and proud of herself and for once is enjoying what she’s doing and getting results.
No fad dieting,
Dangerous quick fix,
Skinny Coffee.
Just lots of healthy, enjoyable food that she can have at home, at the breakfast buffet,
in a cafe or a restaurant.
The problem is not the menu when you eat out.
It’s your mind.
Your choices.
Have you ever asked yourself…
“What do I want more? The bread or the body?”
If you want bread more (or whatever it is that gets in the way of you changing), that’s fine. Keep enjoying.
But if you’d LOVE to lose weight
Get fitter and feel more confident…you MUST make better decisions.
I’ve eaten out nearly every day this past week,
yet it hasn’t once got in the way of my progress.
I’ve had the chicken burger – without the bun
I’ve had the gammon – without the chips
I’ve had the tapas which were the healthiest option (Although I did send them back as EVERY dish was smothered in garlic! WHY!?!?) and had them made again without garlic.
This is all great news for me and Michelle, but how are you doing?
