The DREADED DVD Review

Yesterday I was interviewed

by the fabulous Eleanor

all the way out in Hungary on the

live video platform BLAB.

I was asked many fabulous questions

and we covered some top tips

about FAST weight loss and

what inspires me to do

what I do

and one question….

What do I FEAR?

GULP

But one aspect was my

fear of not being liked.

Imagine people didn’t like what

I do anymore.

Or me

OMG

I’d be devastated

Because I LOVE what I

do so much and believe

in it so much I’d

feel CRUSHED if it

failed and I didn’t have it anymore.

When my Fitness DVD was ready I

was so scared that people wouldn’t like it as much

as I loved it that I got nervous.

I had that anxious feeling

The same one any one of us get

when we put something out there or do something

new that scares us.

So I tested the water with my pre-sale.

I asked for a few reviews on it.

Well…..

The workouts are only 12 minutes long
