Sick & Nervous
That was how Claire was feeling Wednesday.
Just because I was going to call
her for a bit of help & guidance with a coaching call.
She needed help.
Been through a lot,
Super busy with 2 children
Hated her body,
Starved herself all day and went to bed with a
sandwich and some crisps.
Felt miserable and down.
So we talked about how everything can
change FROM THIS MOMENT ONWARDS.
We can’t do anything about the past, apart
from learn from it.
We can make ourselves feel much better and
back in control with a little help.
So claire decided she needed to take action
She needed to take action last year, but never did it.
Thought about it, but nothing more.
She was excited and couldn’t wait to start with me.
UNTIL YESTERDAY MORNING.
Back to that nervous, scared feeling.
“OMG – what am I doing, this is
going to be so hard”
We all feel like this when we’re about to do something new.
But the biggest difference with Claire today was,
she took action.
She turned up with me and did it.
Within minutes, those feelings went from Sick, Nervous and
a bit Frightened, to
excitement and a bit of disbelief.
How can such a short session of exercise
get her feeling so good (whilst a little shakey – lol)?
That’s all you need.
How long do you workout for?
Wasting time doing stuff you hate?
How often do you restrict yourself with food?
Starve yourself, then binge in an uncontrollable
Eat MORE every day.
This is what Claire will be doing.
Not only by being encouraged
by me in the PT sessions,
but also EVERY DAY in the Inner Circle Support Group.
Claire is now going to plan out the rest of
her food with a shopping list and meal plan,
which will show her EXACTLY What to eat and
how much each day.
Which could very well be EXACTLY what you need.

(Claire thought the lunch that I ate
yesterday was prepared by a pro)
It does look amazing though doesn’t it….
Salads just got sexier 😉
