How Sarah has lost 22 inches
Very often I will share with you some of the wonderful success stories of women who have battled the dieting roller coaster for most of their lives and FINALLY change their lifestyle and their body.
Today is a bit different as I want to share with you Sarah' story.
She's at the beginning of her journey with me and like so many she's been through tough times and is now ready to focus on her health and happiness.
Since chatting with me on the phone 3 weeks ago she has lost 22inches!

"Since I hit 50 this tyre starting growing around my middle, I put up with it !!!
I thought 'oh well this is what happens hitting 50' and being in the menopause, wearing bigger clothes and tops hiding the love handles.
I had a very difficult 2017 losing my darling brother who had just turned 54, caring for my mum and took 5 months of work.
3 weeks ago I thought 'do you know what Sarah it’s time to go back to work for normality, routine and for ME' ( who I had forgotten about).
I had followed Tara on Facebook and then after reading stories on her FB said to myself you need to kick yourself up the butt and do something about how you're feeling.
I contacted Tara, who I did not know, who in turn rang me, we discussed my goals etc and she inspired me so much from our conversation , I felt I had known her for years.
First thing Tara told me was to give up sugar. I’ve carried out some exercises I did in my 30’s ( I remembered lol) have been doing them 4/5 times a week, power walking, eating healthy food ( NOT A DIET) drinking over a litre of water and damn just from this I feel so good.
Since joining I have gained confidence, already seeing my body change, I'm 10 stone which I havent been FOR YEARS. I feel proud of myself, happy, more energy, sleeping earlier, getting up earlier, giving my self a little TV and mobile, then turning it off . Bubble baths with candles, reading books suggested by Tara, feeling so much better and it’s all for ME
Seeing the effects from just a few days, 12 weeks of sheer commitment which takes me to 2 weeks before my cruise after we end, is making me feel I am and will achieve my goal to look good in my summer clothes & a bikini.
No more bingo wings, no more middle tyre or love handles . I don’t won’t to lose loads of weight, I want to tone up, look good, and people comment 'ooh she looks good for her age, how do you do it!'
If I can feel great now what a wonderful future is ahead of me and to feel amazing and again it’s all for ME XXX
So many women forget about themselves.
