A hot meal that’s simple and you won’t have to feel guilty when you’re trying to be healthier and lose weight.

INGREDIENTS
750g Minced Beef
1 Chopped Onion
1 Can Sweetcorn
1 Can Kidney Beans
1 Chopped Pepper
1 Can Tomatoes
1 Tbsn Jalapeno Peppers
1 tspn Chilli
salt n pepper to taste
HOW TO
Brown the mince and onions in a hot pan. Transfer to the slowcooker, add all the ingredients and set on low for 6-8 hours. Serves 4. Enjoy with some green veg
