For some, this may mean a disaster when you're trying to lose weight, but not with this recipe.

You literally throw everything in and leave the slowcooker do it's thing.

A hot meal that's simple and you won't have to feel guilty when you're trying to be healthier and lose weight.

Slowcooker Mexican Beef Stew


  • 750g Minced Beef
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • 1 Can Sweetcorn
  • 1 Can Kidney Beans
  • 1 Chopped Pepper
  • 1 Can Tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsn Jalapeno Peppers
  • 1 tspn Chilli
  • Salt n pepper to taste


Brown the mince and onions in a hot pan. Transfer to the slowcooker, add all the ingredients and set on low for 6-8 hours. Serves 4. Enjoy with some green veg
