Why it’s OK to have Wine & Chocolate

A few brilliant things about the Party Body Plan girls are
They’re losing weight, 
They’re all so motivated (even though this is such a hard time to get your head into it)
They’re excited and enthusiastic
AND
They’re realising that IT’S OK TO HAVE TREATS
We’re one week in already and last night after our LIVE Sunday Goal Setting session the girls got posting about what they want to do this week and how well they’ve done already.
We had comments about how many pounds have been lost (up to 8lbs in a week!!)
how many inches have been lost
how many quick workouts have been done and the improvements in fitness already
The girls are also learning that it’s ok to have dessert, it’s ok to have a few G&T’s, It’s ok to enjoy some cheese & crackers. No Guilt. No Feeling of Failure. JUST ENJOYMENT.
As it should be as they’re making so many other good choices. Now they’re doing something that’s sustainable and easier to stick to.
We’ve also had some other incredible stories.
One of the girls has been wanting to do something forever and finally having the confidence to pursue it tomorrow…..she’s going to do an open mic comedy night. She’s feeling scared but excited and taking the step!
Same as another incredible lady. She found out in January that she had a brain aneurysm. She became a victim & self medicated with crap food & negative thoughts.
In May she got out from under my rock & started her Taransformer journey. She is now living & loving her life 2 1/2 stone lighter and has blown us away with her journey. She recently decided to join a burlesque class and had her dancing debut this weekend. I can’t wait to find out more about it later in our Life Taransformer meeting.
All these women are sharing wonderful achievements and they are just like you.
They have time where they are Stressed
Busy
Tired
Deflated
Finding things TOO HARD
They want to give in when things get tough
They grab the wine when the scales don’t say what they think they deserve
They need a rant because life has just thrown them a curveball
But
They keep on going.
Step by Step
Day by Day
All it takes is a few daily habit changes to see a difference.
Last week we introduced a new habit a day
Turn off social media by 9pm
Drink 2 litres of water
Read for 10 minutes
Add protein to every meal
Walk 6K steps.
Do you think you could do this?
Do you already do a few of these?
The main thing is to try your best and NEVER give up.
Don’t write this year off, you can still achieve some wonderful things!
The girls that joined the party body plan are already 1 week into their journey of change.
