Well, as you may know it was my birthday
All the awesome people in
my life were with me and I had
a gorgeous time.
Ate that stuff that many think
I never do….BREAD &
And many celebratory drinks.
Of course we have to
do these things.
And you can, GUILT FREE
It is, however,
what you do the majority of the time
It’s straight back
to my good habits now.
After the LIVE TARAnsformer class
this morning I reminded everyone
of EXACTLY what we need to be doing today!
They’ve got the recipes to follow
to get back on it following the weekend.
or START in the first place.
I’ve still not done my food shop so
it’s a trip to the supermarket after my next client
and I’m going to be FILLING my trolley with
my weeks prep
(I’ll post it in the group
guys – so keep your eyes peeled!)

Make today the day to prep and PLAN
I’m going to absolutely
smash the next 7 days.
That’s all I’m going to focus on.
I recommend thats all you do too,
so you avoid feeling OVERWHELMED.
