My FAT BURNING Breakfast
Yep – Fat burning from the word GO!
That’s what I was up to yesterday.
Still keeping my head focused in
my learning goals as well as staying
on track whilst I”m away from home.
I had an AWESOME breakfast yesterday
High Protein & Fat and
Veggies all in one.
1 Peppermint Tea
On the Menu was the typical kinds stuff
so from what I would normally recommend
here’s a hard and fast DO and DON’T I would
DO have things like:
AVOID things like:
Pastries & Croissants
Toast & Bagels & any type of bread or wrap
Too much fruit (keep that sugar down)
Cereals & Granolas
All of these types of things you
can get when you’re at a hotel or
eating in a restaurant.
And when you’re at home:
(^^ Great for on the go^^)
There’s LOADS you can
have to keep you away from
the cereal & toast many
choose and wonder why they aren’t losing weight.
Maybe I haven’t even mentioned your fav…
That one breakfast you ADORE waking up to
