I’m eating cookies!
But these aren’t any chocolate cookies…
They’re healthy, high protein cookies.
So this means you can now eat cookies guilt free.
HOW TO MAKE HEALTHY CHOCOLATE PROTEIN COOKIES
All ingredients are available at our health club.
- ¼ cup whey protein
- ¼ cup pea protein
- ¼ cup coconut flour
- ¼ cup coconut milk
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp cocoa
- 1 tbsp crunchy nut butter
- Mix all the ingredients together to form a dough.
- Split into 6
- Pop onto greaseproof paper and cook in a pre-heated oven at 170 degrees for 12-15 mins.
1 serving is 2 cookies for a yummy, balanced snack. Perfect eating after a heavy workout!
