I’ve hit ROCK BOTTOM
Felt the fattest you’ve ever been?
You go to put an outfit on and your bottoms
are TIGHTER than they’ve been for a while.
You kinda know you’ve had a few
TREATS you shouldn’t have.
Maybe the kids have been off school
and you’ve been enjoying those
NAUGHTIES a bit too often, but you
IGNORED it and turned a blind eye.
Brushed it off but didn’t
really do anything to change it?
You’re not the only one.
I think the holidays in the UK
have got to more than normal as I get
the inboxed SOS message.
And I’m happy to receive them.
This is what I LOVE to do.
To help people feel
To change their lifestyles so that not ONLY
do they like their reflection, but
they LOVE themsleves.
They LOVE their lifestyles.
They feel STRONG,
They serve themselves FIRST as they
think more positive and have

past few months.

What time I went to bed and got up.
The GORGEOUS people I surround myself with.
Well..if it wasn’t for all these
things that I’ve LOADED myself with
I’d probably be on a train with
a one way ticket to
TURMOIL TOWN myself.
But I have served myself first
and whilst I’ve also had life to deal with
I’ve taken SMALL STEPS
Each day to put myself in power
and feel STRONG to take things on.
And this is what I encourage YOU to do.

who HATES their body which is having KNOCK ON
effect on everything else.
DO THE FREAKING WORK.
YES – ask me whats the best thing
but don’t JUST read my response.

“Yeah, she’s right – I should do it”
But you don’t.
Then do yourself a favour
(And me – cos I want to help people
who really want to be helped)
