I was thinking of you yesterday
When I was watching Star Wars, you
popped into my mind.
Half way through the movie yesterday, I had to get
my phone out and save a quote that
I LOVED and it made me think of you.
Don’t worry, I’m not gonna
spoil the movie for you.
You have to go and see it.
It’s brilliant, it got my attention
for the whole time and that
is a task for me when it
comes to a movie.
When I heard Maz Kanata say
“My Child, The Belonging
You Seek Is Not Behind You,
I was like.
I LOVE IT!
Wise words there.
And the reason I thought of you.
Because I thought it was inspiring and
each time you open my emails you do it
to get some inspiration and tips from me.
Right now, There’s probably plenty you want to
change in your life.
Your SELF ESTEEM
Your BELIEF IN YOURSELF
And all of these feelings you have
about yourself that you want to improve will all
come from experiences and thoughts in the past.
Things that we cannot change, but
we can learn from and grow.
Yes, we’ll have some incredible
experiences and memories that we want to
live in us forever.
However, when we want change
we need to move from the
comfort zone of habits we’ve developed
over the years and look forward.
Very often we want to make
changes to improve
our lives so we feel :
less GUILTY about stuff,
like we’re APPRECIATED
that we’re LOVED and
that we BELONG.
There are many things over
the years that may have been said or
done which we still hold on to
now and prevent us from moving on.
But what you’re really seeking
are all of those positive feelings which
are ahead of you.
Leave the negative thoughts and beliefs
behind and welcome what’s ahead.
Let go of the things of the past that have
stopped you being happy.
Learn from them and do something different
You want THAT body of your dreams?
Stop going back to unhealthy habits
You want THAT confidence
Stop replaying that negative self talk
You want THAT relationship
Connect and share more precious moments with loved ones
You are in complete control of your happy
future…you’ve just got to look
forward and take small steps towards it.
These small steps are exactly what
