Here we go again…
Whats Monday to you?
You HATE it, because the weekend
was over in a flash?
You LOVE it, because you feel MOTIVATED
and ready to get into a routine and
I’m a LOVER
It can be the hardest morning
to jump out of bed if you’re still
tired from the weekend BUT
I do LOVE routine and
The Detox group are all
a little excited as they’re doing some new
things this Monday
(One is already a little SCARED
of one of my SIMPLE de-stress tips in there
which involves your phone. EEK)
The 21 day programme will be ending
and I’m going to get a little excited myself
and finding out everyones results and
the girls in the Live Class have
had the ACCUMULATOR
^^^ the accumulator is an
AWESOME training style I like to
add into the mix for SUPER FAST
So they’re LOVING Monday now too.
They’ve done their workout already and
As I mentioned when we were cooling down,
It’s the nutrition that needs to be nailed now.
Like many I had a few indulgences over
(Remember that afternoon tea! OMG)
So I’m on the Detox wagon and
I’ll be having a smoothie for
I’m gonna make it SUPER GREEN and
I’m going to be sure to drink
loads today too.
Smoothies are AWESOME for
getting a MASSIVE burst of
nutrition and I’m gonna pack mine up.
