How Not To Lose Weight
We’ve heard the term ‘All The Gear, No Idea’ right?
I’d like to think you’ve got most of the tools so you know what to do, especially with all the info and free advice I five out. However, what are you doing with it?
Struggling for Motivation?
Each week I share on my blog and social media channels with workouts, weight loss recipes, motivation tips, and success stories. However, there is absolutely no point in having all if this stuff if you’re just not doing anything with it. Not doing anything with the info is the easiest way how not to lose weight.
I could give you 100 free workouts to help you burn fat, but they will burn a grand total of 0% fat if you don’t do them.
Provide you with a healthy recipe every day for a year, but there would be no point in seeing 365 mouth watering recipes that will help you feel full and still lose weight if you don’t make one.
Supply all the mindset tips, quotes and daily habits you could ever need to change your lifestyle beyond recognition but if you don’t practice them your lifestyle will stay exactly the same.
I would definitely tell you to be kind to yourself, to do your best, that a slip up does not mean you’re a failure…..however, are you even trying to change and do something for yourself?
The truth is that I can help you do the things you need to do without making it stressful or complicated. I’ve even created a plan to make it simple for you, all you need to do is take the steps forward and join in with me and the team. Having all the info is great but it’s the daily support and accountability that really changes lives.
Joining in is easy, but so many won’t do it because they still believe the excuses in their head. I want to join but I have a few meals out this week.
(So, I hope you look forward to eating out for the rest of your life…but without the guilt after!)
I want to join but I can’t do the workouts ( That’s ok, if you can do some walking – it’s enough. The changes in your eating are the BIGGEST habits to work on)
I want to join but I’ll feel bad spending the money on myself (it’s £9 per week! Less than a bottle of wine, less than a few coffees, less than a few munchies from the garage and a lottery ticket, less than a gym membership with a gym that’s not being used regularly!)
If you’ve read that and none of the excuses apply to you and you’re making progress towards your goals – GREAT!
Keep doing what you’re doing. If you’ve read that and thought ‘hmmm, that’s a bit like me’ then you need to do something and do it now.
