Whatever you do..Do NOT Give Up.
Making change is hard, as Hannah said when she commented
on my latest LIVE video on Facebook:
“I get bored really easily.
I know I can do it it’s just pushing myself and I’m down about
how I look I haven’t got motivation so I end up stopping ?
It’s always the same I do it,
I lose weight,
I get bored,
I give up.
I don’t see enough results to keep me going so I just stop ✋?”
It’s easy to stop.
Sometimes the way you were doesn’t seem so bad when you feel
you’re struggling to make the change.
Constantly ‘dieting’
Obsessing about the food you ‘shouldn’t’ eat
Sick of not seeing results quick enough so
you cave to the comfort and stick to what you know.
I know Hannah is working to make change,
she is getting daily walks in and just needs a little more guidance and motivation.
Hannah…reaching out and commenting was a brilliant first step.
You’ve recognised that what you’re doing right now isn’t working and
this could be the first step to finding your Mojo and getting back on track.
