Healthy Pancake Recipe You MUST Try Today
These pancakes need ONLY 2 INGREDIENTS!!
So many people will be getting their flipping skills in action today to celebrate
shrove Tuesday and many will be avoiding or feeling guilty for joining in because
"It's gonna spoil the diet"
Don't be one of those people
Instead, join in ,
enjoy and don't feel bad or a failure.
You can have pancakes all year round, not just today and there's so many
different types you can make. Sweet and savoury ones for those without a sweet tooth.
I made these cute little birdie pancakes earlier for Danny.
Things were going well with the blueberries, but he decided the first piece of pancake I gave him would have looked better on the floor
There was no way I was risking all of my creations being launched around my kitchen so I enjoyed these pancakes and Danny had boiled egg & avocado instead.
These really are delicious though!
Here's how I made them:
INGREDIENTS FOR PANCAKE
1 small banana
Sprinkle of cinnamon (optional)
Blitz the ingredients together. Get a hot pan with some coconut oil and pour half the batter in. Cook on one side then flip. Cook the remaining batter until your pancake is ready and they're done.
I spread some crunchy peanut butter on mine with some berries (and kept some banana slices for eyes)
