I was talking about when you
want to make change there’s no
point in saying you ‘WILL TRY’
You have to DO!
If you find that eating certain foods
makes you feel unwell after….you HAVE to
stop eating them.
Not try to.
When you want something different you
have to commit fully.
Otherwise, it’s just a half hearted attempt
to change your life.
When you look at what you
have done for yourself over the past few
weeks, months or year,
