Drop 6lbs with all this food

That's just a sample of all the meals Beth had last week when she lost 6lbs.

  • No skipping meals
  • No going to bed hungry

So here's a little story of what motivated Beth
She got to her goal weight
Went on hols and a few pounds went up
That's fine - it happens, it's normal.

es - it takes some planning and organisation but Beth really wanted to get some results and it was so worth it.

Went on hols and a few pounds went up

That's fine - it happens, it's normal.

Then she had a weekend here, a weekend there and a few weeks later she'd put on 6lbs.

She wasn't happy

The nice weather meant she had a few beer's and gin's in the sunshine,
a little bit of extra treats and slowly but surely it pounds crept up and stayed there.

Even though she was actually being really really good with her food in the week and exercising regularly,
the weekends and extra drinks were keeping her where she was.

She didn't want to be there though.

Just like so many who follow the "I'm-good-in-the-week-but-the-weekend-comes" diet.

Beth knows what to do,
Since joining my plans she's learned how to eat healthy,
how to balance things,
how to still enjoy awesome food and still have a few drinks and get results.

So she had a "Come on Bethan, you know what to do' moment
(nobody else was going to do it for her)

So she wrote a little plan,
She followed the plan and now she's super happy!

Back to her fighting weight,
6lbs down and back on track.

Beth will stay there now, until the next holiday maybe 😉

But this is the trick.

When you get to your goal it's easier, you've just got to put some effort in to get there.
