I was having a LIVE chat on Facebook and wanted to cover
a topic which I feel so many can relate to.
One of the lovely, lovely girls I spoke with recently completely opened up and talked about things she’s kept locked up in her mind for so long.
She wanted to change but kept telling herself stories…FALSE STORIES…that
were stopping her doing the things she wanted so much.
She wants to lose weight
She wants to be healthier
She wants to be a good role model for her kids
….but she was stopping herself.
Worried about what others would think
You’re vain
You’ll waste your money
What are you doing that for?
Do it yourself!
Because of the negative voice in her head she stopped herself from emailing me back, even though she’s followed my emails for about 2 years.
Because of the self sabotage she deleted messages she’d written to me and didn’t press send because she felt stupid
Until one day.
She pressed send before she changed her mind and instantly felt a sense of relief.
Like a weight had been lifted off her shoulders.
Next thing, we’re on the phone, chatting and we’re looking forward to
a journey of change together right up to Christmas.

How many times have you said to yourself you ‘SHOULD’ do something.
Will you do it today?
Read this email, think ‘That sounds familiar’ and then do NOTHING?
Don’t give up on yourself.
There are 9 weeks until Christmas….imagine the difference you could make
between now and then.
Even if you Just lost 1lb a week…..would you be happier if you were 9 lbs lighter?
Fitting into a fab Christmas outfit and feeling lovely?
YOU are in complete control of being AT LEAST 9lbs lighter…..it all depends what you do between now and then.
Do you worry about what others may think?
Who cares!
You know yourself better than anyone else,
What other people think of you is none of your business
and even if you think others may judge you and think you can’t do it
PROVE THEM WRONG
Do what they think you can’t do.
You’ve just got to take that first step.
and if you’re struggling to take that first step….ask for help!
