In the Inner Circle group we've had a few sleep less ladies.

Do you get that often?

You feel shattered but you wake in the night and just can't get back to sleep.

It's common and frustrating and there's many things you can try to do to aid sleep.

  • Switch off TV's & computers in plenty of time before bed
  • Stay away from caffeine which may make you feel wired
  • Have a read to make you feel dosey and drift off

...but sometimes even when you've tried them all, it still doesn't work.

You can try and get more magnesium through your diet by eating foods such as 

  • dark leafy greens, (Spinach, Kale, Chard)

  • fish (Salmon, Mackerel)
  • yoghurt
  • avocado
