I was laughing yesterday
at my friend Ricky’s
‘I’m STAAARRRRVING’ messages – lol.
Not that it was that funny
We all love food
We THINK about it all the time
We TRY and start the day healthy,
but do the wrong thing which ends up with you
STILL feeling hungry then when you’re in
work and you end up caving to
The Wraps
The Desserts
The Biscuits with a cuppa
The Pizza
Then, like Ricky said..
“Ah, I’ll start again tomorrow”
Tomorrow is a day that NEVER comes
you Dingbat!
So…Tara repeats herself AGAIN
Like yesterday in my email
and my video I posted on Facebook
I can’t do it for you
I can give you all the tips and advice in the
world, but until you prep properly or
AT LEAST be more mindful when you
need to fall for Plan B,
You’ll always be living in GROUNDHOG DAY!
So, Ricky’s problem?
He doesn’t start his day the best way.
He goes to the gym before work
(Which is great, I encourage the
TARAnsformers to try just
12 minutes first thing in the morning
He just has a protein shake and
some eggs
Then, by lunchtime he gets over hungry
as he hasn’t had a balanced breakfast and enough
to refuel after the workout
All willpower goes out the window
and ha falls for TEMPTATION.
Now…I totally get the
“I haven’t got time to be cooking
eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes before work”
I’ve got an answer for that…
LIKE EVERYTHING! 😉
So be prepared with
something quick for on the go.
Along with your protein shake
get a quick carb source in there like some
fruit: banana, berries, apple and throw a
scoop of oats in there.
Then, get your fats with a handful of nuts, some seeds or
put a few spoonfuls of milled flaxseed in your shake.
This will keep you going for a bit
longer than just a shake.
You can also
grab protein bars
yoghurts
my breakfast muffins
and burrito style wraps.
These are all in the receipe section
of my 21 day program which kicks off
on Monday and I’ll be getting everyone ready for it
over the weekend.
We’ll be FORGETTING the
‘Dieting’ mindset and feeling like
food is going to be RESTRICTED.
Over the next 21 days I’m going to be showing
everyone in the program how to
EAT MORE
Spend LESS TIME exercising
and feel SEXIER.
