BUT what will you do

I’m gonna stay away from partying
for a bit as it may get in the way of my goals.

the more I feel accountable to stick to my word

I’m planning things to do the next day like
clients, so I KNOW I can’t let others down..
even when I feel like caving.
This is the same as any of my clients and
their weight loss goals.
TELL people what you want
and what you’re gonna do so you stick to your word.
PLAN meals,
workouts and downtime
so you don’t CAVE.
Don’t do the same this
week as you did last week if you’re
STILL wishing things were different.
