Every SINGLE DAY my latest
confirmed Life TARAnsformer has to face these things.
That’s certainly gonna be tough to
avoid when you go in to
work and they’re there.
But then, getting what you want isn’t always
But the hard work to get there is always worth it.
Mrs L (Who I chatted with on
the phone yesterday following
her application for LT5 – Life TARAnsformer 5),
has done it before.
She previously joined my 21 day weight loss programme
and lost 2 stone, but over time a few
habits have easily slipped back in.
A few more glasses of wine mid-week
Actually eating LESS food
Picking through out the day
‘Lost her mojo’ as she said.
The habit we develop to cope with anxiety about doing a task.
It’s what we do to cope with tasks that are
boring or overwhelming
We can all get caught in the viscious cycle
We’ll do anything else apart from
what we should be doing to get us where we want to go.
Then we feel GUILTY and when
we’re having leisure time, we think
about what we should be doing.
If you’ve been doing a lot of this yourself
Shirking from workouts,
eating what you shouldn’t
totally avoiding doing the work you should be doing,
I’m sure you’re already quite good at self criticism.
Putting yourself down and telling yourself
you’re a loser.
You may already be procrastinating to help
you cope with the anxiety associated with starting
to lose weight and feel better
You’re probably already feeling vulnerable
and a bit threatened by starting your weight loss
Dreading failure and critisicm.
So having a more positive way of
getting things done is certainly going to be more appealing
than being made to feel bad.
That’s what I’m going to be doing with Mrs L and the
others that have already secured their place in the programme.
We’re going to be working together for
12 weeks doing small, POSITIVE tasks everyday to
get where we want.
I’m going to be
working with the team to
reduce the inner conflict and
lessen the fear of being imperfect.
We’re going to shift gears and
get where we want FASTER
and more EFFICIENTLY.
We’ll be setting realistic goals and
When I asked Mrs L what she wanted,
she replied with some simple things
we all want
BACK to feeling how she did before.
Then I asked,
what would happen in NOTHING CHANGES?
“I dread to think, this isn’t me!”

After I spoke with Mrs L, she sent me a photo of
the cupcakes made at her business……OMG!!
They look insane.
She then text: ‘Thanks for the
chat this afternoon. I feel like a weight
has been lifted off me as I now have direction’
I love that.
Gives me goosepimples
I FREAKING LOVE helping people
I am so excited to kick this off
and change the team’s lives.
