Completely Blown Away

Yesterday I got a bit overwhelmed by theĀ group.
The enthusiasm, energy and contribution already has been BRILLIANT.
The next 6 weeks are going to be awesome.
It just goes to show we ALL need help,
we all need support,
we all need a bit of reassurance that we’re doing fine.
I had goosepimples reading theĀ introductions,
the journeys and theĀ goals for the next 6 weeks.
I’m so happy that so many haveĀ taken the step to join this wonderful community of awesome ladies.
As I’ve said to the girls, as the programme develops I’ll be adding more recipes,
offering more information and giving support EVERY SINGLE DAY.
I added a new recipe in there this morning already.
Yesterday I showed the girls what I do for my food shopping,
how I save time so I’m not spending as much time cooking and I eat
gorgeous meals that help me stay on track, help me feel full and help me manage my cravings
….and when I do fancy something sweet there’s plenty of things to choose from to feel a bit indulgy.
The rest of the year is going to be tough for anyone wanting to maintain weight, lose weight, stay focussed on being fit & healthy.
Cold mornings
Dark early
Shops loaded with limited edition Christmas treats
If you’re going to try and lose weight on your own, thats fine.
I’ll still be emailing with some inspiration, recipes and workout ideas.
but if you REALLY want to take action
if you NEED that kick up the butt
you know you do better with more ACCOUNTABILITY

Here’s the slowcooker recipe for you:
Curried Chicken & Mushroom Stew
INGREDIENTS
2 packs diced chicken breast
10-12 chopped mushrooms
1 pack vegetable soup mix
1 tin tomatoes
1 can of water
1tbspn Garam masala
1 Kallo organic chicken stock cube
HOW TO:
Add all the ingredients to your slow cooker, pop it on low for up to 8 hours or medium for 4-6 hours.
Makes 4-5 servings
Today we’re goal setting.
Some of the goals have included:
Wanting to wear a dress to a wedding on 23rd December
Wanting to lose 7-14lbs
Dropping excuses of being too busy, too tired and having too much work to do and choosing to have some ‘me’ time
What would your goal be ready for Christmas?
This is exciting and it would beĀ my absolute pleasure, alongside Sacha, to be here with you, advising you and supporting you over the next 6 weeks
