Christmas Cookie Recipe: MMmmm
Biscuits for Brekkie with a cup of Tea GUILT FREE!
That is what I had and I’d encourage you to take advantage of my Christmas Spiced Cookies.
These are soooooooo good warm, so you can make a batch and just
warm them up a bit when you’re ready fro your next two.
I was sat in the kitchen the other day craving a
hot drink and a big cookie to dunk in.
My house is filled with healthy stuff…..DAMN IT!!!
So I thought I’d throw some ingredients together and make something amazeballs.
Here’s the recipe for these gorgeous cookies
INGREDIENTS
2 Eggs
1 Scoop Vanilla/Toffee Whey Protein
150g Oats
1/2 tspn cinnamon
1/2 tspn nutmeg
1/2 tspn ground ginger
HOW TO
Mix all the ingredients together. Split into 7-8 cookie shapes and pop onto a lined baking tray. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for approx 10-12 mins. Turn them over and bake for a further 3-5 mins.
Eat 2 straight away and save the rest for visitors or brekkie / snack the next day.
