Had a great email from Diane. She wanted more info on the 3 week Party Rescue Plan and knew she needed a little help and motivation.

Then she emailed me back

"I ordered some boots for myself and I'm going to return them as I don't really need them, I'd rather pay for joining you, far more beneficial!"

I LOVED THIS!!!

What do you want more?

It's so easy to believe excuses to justify not doing something different and taking action.

Time - yes we're all busy
Money - even though you may spend it on things you don't really need like boots or a takeaway.

This morning we've started so see some of the results from the girls in the Party Body Plan

Lowri has lost 4lbs & 3inches

Helene is over the moon as she's 13lbs down

And we've still got 3 weeks to go!!!

my First LIVE Workout in about 18months and there's more

This week I'll be doing another LIVE 12 minute workout exclusively for the Party Body Plan Girls and I'll be doing a coaching session on STRESS

How stressed are you?

Being busy is stressful
Exercising causes stress
Christmas is coming....pressure!!
Work can certainly stress you out and
keeping the family happy and in order...STREEEEESSSSSSSS

This can be a big factor in holding on to fat rather than burning it so this week I'll be helping the team to Reduce Stress and Reduce the Belly Fat!
